ishga Hot Poultice Massage

A rebalancing, detoxifying light massage using heated sea salt and seaweed filled poultices. These are massaged into the body to relax the muscles, release tension and nourish the skin.

At the end of your treatment, you will be given a poultice to take home with you to prolong the benefits.
